Evolution BLACK.xlr-15 BEB-2004

Balanced XLR cable with OCC and silver strands, PE insulation, PP filler, and a double-shielded structure. Robust PVC jacket with a cotton braid and gold-plated XLR connectors with carbon housing for studio, stage, and high-end HiFi applications.

Product Overview

The Evolution BLACK.xlr-15 BEB-2004 is a balanced high-end audio cable for demanding studio, stage, and HiFi applications.

Two precisely twisted conductor groups made of OCC copper and silver strands enable neutral, low-loss signal transmission.

The sophisticated design supports stable channel separation and high detail resolution.

The high-quality combination of materials makes the cable suitable for professional audio environments as well as high-end HiFi systems.

The construction was developed for maximum signal stability, dynamics, and long-term reliability.

Gold-plated XLR connectors with metal and carbon housings ensure permanently secure connections.

Technical Construction

Each conductor group consists of 21 × Ø 0.10 mm OCC copper strands and 21 × Ø 0.10 mm silver strands.

The combination of both conductor materials supports high conductivity and precise signal transmission.

PE insulation with a diameter of 2.1 mm reduces losses and keeps electrical properties constant.

PP filler, paper tape, and Mylar foil stabilize the internal structure and minimize mechanical influences.

The technically sophisticated structure supports linear and detailed transmission even over long signal paths.

Signal Purity & Sound

A double shield consisting of aluminum foil, additional tape, and a dense BC copper braid reliably protects the signal from electromagnetic and high-frequency interference.

The BC copper braid with 80 × 0.12 mm provides high EMC stability and reliable protection against interference.

The balanced construction supports interference-free signal transmission even in complex studio environments.

As a result, dynamics, spatiality, and detail resolution are preserved even over longer cable runs.

The result is a clean, precise, and low-noise audio reproduction.

Mechanical Stability

The robust PVC outer jacket with a diameter of 15 mm reliably protects the inner conductors from mechanical stress.

The black and white cotton braid improves abrasion resistance, flexibility, and durability.

The construction is suitable for stationary HiFi use as well as for professional applications in the studio or on stage.

Gold-plated XLR connectors with metal and carbon fiber housings ensure permanently low contact resistance.

The high-quality connectors offer a secure and durable connection even with frequent plugging and unplugging.
